Hi, we can only speak about our college. We have strong alumni network, good faculty and programs like IIP, which give you global exposure. It would be unfair to compare it with other colleges since we have never been there. But, you can speak to someone from that college to get a better idea and do a comparison yourself.

There will be around a week's break after September 3rd, which will also be the term break, followed by a one week break during Christmas.

You can opt for it. However, it also depends on the other options. GIM is a decent college.

Hi Spandan,
Somaiya would be better due to its brand name and location. The average package offered is around Rs 9L, and is one of the top B-schools in/around Mumbai. The new IIMs are not great in terms of placements and ROI; it will take some years for them to be established. Still if brand name matters to you than placements/ROI, then you can go for them(specially Amritsar & Nagpur). Good luck!

Only you can calculate the "worth" of the college as it is subjective to your expectations and your performance once you come here. It absolutely depends on what you want from the two years of your life. Please go through the website and make an informed choice.

Considering last year's cut-off at GIM (92 Percentile), you stand a good chance at getting a call.
All the best.
