Parnita,
There are many institutions that rank bschools in India so I recommend you not to look at the rankings in isolation. GIM is a different bschool compared to others as the focus is not only of curriculum and academics but also on over all development. Here we have over 18 clubs or societies that make this a student driven campus. GIM has an un-matchable infrastructure that includes finance labs, library, a multi-purpose hall for all indoor sports and other activities, a swimming pool, break out rooms specifically for group activities, an open air amphi, a Green Campus (Social and Environmental Commitment), etc. Other than infras

Kanika,
Yes you do have a chance but I would request your patience on this as it completely depends over the response from first merit list candidates.
All the best.

Education loan can be availed. Do check the education loan of SBI, it comes for students without any collateral.

Harshit,
your percentile score for Xat is too low compared to the cut-offs for the year. If you haven't received the call letter so far then you may consider yourself not shortlisted for the selection process.

Akarsh,
GIM has different attributes compared to other bschools. Its' a student driven campus, but with all the same specializations like; HR, Operations/IT, Marketing and Finance. With over 14 clubs and 4 societies.
The placements average for this year has again increased from 8.75l to 9.35l pa with 100% consistent placements record.
The infrastructure at GIM is unparallel and that you may come and see by personally visiting the campus.
please visit www.gim.ac.in to get a fair idea of what I am talking about.
You may also reach us through facebook or emails.
All the best.

Kanika,
Though by now you must or mustn't have got the call for the process. If you haven't then it means you are not shortlisted as the call letters are already out.
Wishing you all the best.

There is no such criteria or statistic that gives an average for freshers or students with work ex, neither do we publish such reports. Overall the median as well as average salary for the year 2016 has gone up, from 8.75l last years'average to this years' average of 9.34l pa.
You may also refer to the placement data available online at www.gim.ac.in.

Anish,
Apologise for the late reply.
It's very difficult to answer this the reason being, your aptitude may differ and hence the need for preparation too. I used Arun Sharma and Notes/booklets from one of the Cat preparation institutes. What matters the most is your hands on the online tests and practice.
All the best

Anish,
Apologise for the late reply. You need to be thorough with the basics of what you have covered in quant as you know the difficulty level differs depending upon the exam you attend. By now, I am expecting that you must have started getting notifications for admission from colleges . Wishing you all the best for the same.
