You may get it some book stores too but prepare yourself to reasoning, Reading comprehension, artificial language, Grammer, language & country culture that affect their language. All these 3 branches are different. Major difference between ECE and electronics is the paper of communications
4-5 paper difference in ECE and telecommunication engineering. Candidate can doing all the branches and placed in same profile. Some college offering electronics telecommunication also.
