The curriculum of BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering offered at GJUST includes subject related to the specialisation. The subjects in the course curriculum are more specialisation specific in the third semester or from the second year of the course. Candidates can check out the GJUST BTech allotment list online on its official website. The seat allotment process is carried out through HSTES counselling. The candidates get a seat based on merit/JEE score. After filling out the admission form, aspirants should wait for the cutoff list and then take part in the counselling, if they meet the cutoff marks.

The cutoff marks vary for each of the GJUST BTech specialisation. GJUST BTech JEE cutoff list is prepared as per the applicants exam scores, seat availability, and category of the candidate. A course-wise placements report has not been released by the authorities. In the 2023 placements as per an overall report, a total of 77 companies took part and selected 330 students. The highest package offered during the placements stood at INR 14.75 LPA. Some of the top companies that participated in the placements drive were IBM, Nagarro, Haldiram's, Amazon, etc. 

Admission to the UG-level course is merit/JEE score based. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility requirements can visit the university website to apply. After application submission, it is scanned by the authorities and cutoff list is published. The applicants who meet the cutoff criteria then need to take part in HSTES counselling. In the counselling, seats are allotted and cutoff is released for each round of counselling until all the seats are filled.

GJUST fee structure includes various components, such as tuition fee, caution money, hostel fee, etc. Some of the charges are one-time payable, ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 4,000. Moreover, the hostel fee can be from INR 98,000 to INR 1 lakh. The course fee varies at the university and its affiliated colleges. Further, the tuition fee amount has to be annually/semesterly. The university has a seat count of 60 for BPharm course admissions. Students are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. For selection, the candidates performance in the qualifying examination is considered. The seat allotment is carried out through counselling round. It must be noted that the seat intake is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

GJUST releases seat allotment list for BPharm based on which students are admitted. For admission confirmation, students need to report at the college within the due date against each counselling round and pay the fees and verify the documents to confirm their seats for final admission. The total GJUST BPharm tuition fee is INR 32,400, hostel fee is INR 25,400 and a one-time fee of INR 2,000. This fee amount is taken from the official website/sanctioning body.
