It depends on your financial position, your desire for work experience, etc. You can seek admission directly in the second year of engineering in your state or you can appear for JEE Mains exam.

There is no as such minimum package offered, but average is around 5lacs. However, audited results are not out where I can specify you exact package. So you can expect around 4-5lacs.

Amit it is good but can't say it is best. For placements information, visit the campus and meet the students and faculty. You should go for MBA from an institution that is reputed, old and have required accreditation.
There are many other good private universities having good placements, required accreditation, and some also offer scholarships.
Check the websites for more details.
