The Career Counselling, Training and Placement (CCTP) department at GAT Bangalore manages all the placement-related activities of the institute. As per the official website of the institute, the department has established good relationships with the HRs of various leading organisations which has led to successful placements of students over the years. The placement is very good. The percentage of students getting placed every year is around 60% to 70%. The major companies are Biocon, HP, JUSPAY, Mahindra, etc. The average package is around INR. 2 lacs to INR. 3 lacs.

Presidency University was established in 2015 and the first batch of B.Tech students is yet to pass out, hence I won't be able to comment on that. But looking at the companies that came in for the MBA department, the placement for B.Tech would be really good.
