Hello,
Your marks are too low and it creates problems for your higher studies abroad. First thing that you can do is repeat your class 12th if possible and if you dream is to study abroad then I suggest you to first complete your UG from India and after this, you can pursue PG abroad.
All the best.

Hi Anil!
Yes, you can. A candidate should possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university/institution. Distance or regular, does not really matter. All that matters is, you should have your Bachelors degree with you.

If you want to apply for GMAT entrance test then you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% marks and if you belongs to reserved category as SC or ST then you need to have only 45% marks in graduation to apply for GMAT entrance test.
Final year pursuing candidates or those who are awaited for final year result or those who are appearing for final year exams may also apply for this exam.

Hi Sana!
GMAT is not really mandatory. Pearl academy conducts an entrance exam of its own that you can appear for. Apart from that, CAT and MAT scores are also considered valid for admission.
