To get into a good college you need both. Especially for management programs. The second question kind of depends on what you prefer. Australia has a better climate than UK, I guess. But it's all upto you.

Hello! Apart from the Iims and ISB, there are some reputed B-schools such as SP Jain (Mumbai), NMIMS (Mumbai), MDI (Gurgaon) which accept GMAT scores too.

Hello,
MBA (Finance) is a two-year postgraduate course, the eligibility for which is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (Relaxation of 5% is granted to SC/ST Candidates). Candidates can get direct admission on the basis of merit list or management quota. All the best.
