There is no set cut off for Wharton. The mean GMAT score for the class of 2018 is 730. You may check the class profile to have an idea.

Talking about the various personal exams you can get admission in:-
NMAT: NMIMS Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.
SNAP: SIBM Pune
IBSAT: ISB Hyderabad
XAT: XLRI - Jamshedpur, SP Jain - Mumbai, etc. are some of the top colleges which accept the scores of their own exams.

GMAT is optional and for IELTS you must obtaining an overall minimum score of 6.5 with each paper having 5.5. Please read more here:

Yes, GMAT is accepted by the college . Any national management exam like CAT,MAT etc is also eligible .

Lots of high ranked universities in Germany do ask for a GMAT score (WHU for e.g.). There are a few exceptions though. Every university has their own set of criteria to identify prospective student for their MBA program.
