To prepare for the GMAT exam, applicants can use the following study material:Start with the GMAT Official Guide (GMAT OG).You may also opt for the GMAT Official Guide Bundle. The reason for starting with the GMAT Official Guide is that you need to be aware of the previous years’ GMAT questions and the official GMAT study material. Hence, make sure that the GMAT Official Guide forms the base of your preparation.Also, The Princeton Review,  Manhattan Prep,  Kaplan books,  Khan Academy and Veritas also provide useful prep material.Apart from this, you can also check out our GMAT Preparation Plan for 4 weeks.

To get into the LBS MBA, the applicants are required to submit a GMAT / GRE score. The average GMAT score for the MBA class is around 700, with a typical class range of 600-800. For GRE, the school considers scores of around of over 160 for both Verbal and Quantitative sections.

Internatioanl students must submit a GMAT score to get admission to the University of Melbourne MBA course. As a general MBA requirement, the university has specified the minimum score needed in GMAT is 560. The university has also mentioned that recent students have achieved an average GMAT score of 695 or higher.

Yes, upon completing your GMAT Focus exam, applicants can see their scores on the screen immediately. Applicants cannot note or copy or even screenshot their temporary scores. The official GMAT scores however, will be released within 3-5 days of the exam date.

The ideal process to choose your GMAT test date is as follows:Learn how much time you need to prepare for the GMAT test.Check the deadline of your graduate business school where you are seeking admission. Moreover, you need to have sufficient time to prepare your application documents such as an SOP, admissions essays, etc.Take the GMAT test at least 6 months prior to the application (B-school) deadlineSchedule your GMAT test online or via phoneMake sure to keep the timeline in such a way that if you have to give the GMAT test again then you have time to prepare and take the GMAT test.

For Indian students, yes, GMAT is costly. The GMAT's online testing at home costs around USD 300 + taxes on the other hand, GMAT taken at test centre costs around USD 275 + taxes. Thus, Indian students taking the test at home have to pay USD 25 more in comparison to the GMAT testing at a centre. Overall also, GMAT is costly for Indian applicants.

The difficulty level of the SPJAT exam is generally considered less challenging than the GMAT or GRE. While both tests assess similar skill sets, SPJAT focuses more on practical reasoning and general awareness, and it has a shorter duration. However, strong preparation is necessary to score well in the SPJAT exam.

Candidates who have already taken these exams can use their scores during the application process. Candidates need to provide valid scorecards and proofs of taking the qualifying exam with the scores and other information mentioned correctly.
