The GMAT entrance exam is accepted by universities in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore and many European countries.

Obviously, GMAT has more weightage because it is internationally recognised by thousands of universities in the world.

It is best if you sit for your GMAT test.
Some Australian universities such as Macquarie University does not list having a GMAT score as one of their admission requirements - they need minimum two years of professional experience
But universities like University of New South Wales and University of Melbourne require a GMAT score. It depends on the university.
Check each university's requirement - and how much is their cut-off score.

GMAT is after graduation and before admission for MBA. 1-year Diploma is independent of it. Also it's good to know your dream of studying in US or Canada. But these are really specialised issues and there are many nuances. I would therefore advise you to go to agency providing these services in your town.

There is no eligibility attached with these exams. Also, you need not to take all of them. GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Aim for these scores:
GMAT -710 and above
GRE -315 and above
TOEFL - 100
IELTS - 6.5

But if you want to study MBA abroad then you can give GMAT.
GMAT score is accepted globally.
