No, direct admission with donation or by any other procedure without CAT or GMAT score is not possible. CAT or GMAT score is mandatory for admission in most reputed institutes.

It is difficult to prepare for all MBA entrance exams with one book due to different exam patterns. Also, since there are multiple sections in each exam, one book might not be able to cover the complete syllabus of these entrance exams. However, there are certain section-wise books that can be referred to for different MBA exams. These are:
1. Arun Sharma or R. S. Agrawal for quantitative aptitude
2. Nisiht Sinha or Pearson for data interpretation and logical reasoning
3. Arun Sharma or Odisha Publication for Verbal Ability
4. For logical reasoning books by Arun Sharma or Nishit K. Sinha

Graduate Record Examination GRE is an admission requirement for Masters-level courses in many countries around the world. In Canada, GRE is accepted but it is not mandatory, and there are many universities that do not require GRE scores at all. So yes, you can still pursue MS in Canada without GRE.

The GMAT score qualifies you for a foreign institution, whereas the CAT exam is required for admission to the top Indian Institute of Management. It is challenging but not impossible to prepare for both exams. You can follow the experts' suggestions to prepare for both exams:

It is not the only determining factor and a person with high CGPA has better chances of getting into in good colleges or company is not very true and is situation specific, I would elaborate this with some examples. As far as placements are concerned you need to score above a particular range (ex. 8 CPI and above for some companies) to appear for the process.
