The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) fees structure at Annammal College of Nursing involves, for the most part, all sorts of fees - tuition fees, exam fees, and other miscellaneous ones. The exact fee cannot be specified, but is normally between INR 40,000 to INR 60,000 per year. The charges that are additional may be those of the hostel and the uniform and lab test. The direct college or its official website is the best place for current and accurate information. Fees are bound to change annually based on the policy of the institution.

Usually, to enter a GNM course, students must have completed 10+2 with science background, particularly with subjects like Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. You are in 11th with arts stream, so it might be difficult to directly get into a GNM course as it generally requires a science background. Nevertheless, it is recommended to get in touch with the School of Nursing, Central Hospital, Kalla, regarding the eligibility criteria, because every institution may be lenient or may offer an alternate route for those coming from different streams.
