It depends on your interest that in which college you are more comfortable. Although in terms of placement, you should go for NIT, Durgapur. You will get more opportunities in this college.

Hi, you should go for BITS, Pilani campus for electrical and electronics engineering. Although, all the campuses are good and choose as per convenience of individuals, BITS, Pilani campus is considered as the best. These all campuses are under same college, BITS, Pilani. You have a chance of getting into IHM-Goa by the 3rd round, but your chances for IHM-Bangalore would be difficult.

Both the campuses are good. It will be cheaper to stay in Pune than in Goa. That is a major difference, rest faculty members, facilities and infrastructure everything is similar. If you don't have any financial problems, go for IIHM-Goa.
