As per my opinion and my knowledge, you are definitely eligible for applying for M.Sc in electronics. After completing UPPSC, as you have studied Electronics as one of the main subjects in your graduation degree, you are definitely eligible. the Degree of Bachelor of Science of this University or an examination of any other University
recognized as equivalent thereto, with at least seven units of 100 marks each in the first, second and
third years taken together in any of the following subjects: microbiology, botany, zoology, chemistry,
physics, mathematics, earth sciences.
