KCET is one of the accepting exams for Gopalan College of Engineering and Management BTech admission. In 2024, the closing rank was 77564 for Computer Science Engineering. This was the highest closing rank among all the BTech specialisations followed by 102083 for Aeronautical Engineering. CSE which is a popular BTech specialisation saw declining trend in the past three years. From 39137 in 2022, 47577 in 2023 and 77564 in 2024.

Gopalan College of Engineering and Management considers COMEDK UGET scores for admission to BTech course. As per the information available on web, a 60-70 percentile in COMEDK corresponds to a rank of 23,200 - 14,700. In 2024 COMEDK UGET cutoff, the closing rank was 45,603 for Computer Science Engineering. Hence, aspirants with 60-70 percentile have a good chance of getting a seat in the college.

As per the official website of Gopalan College of Engineering and Management, the college does not accepts JEE Main score. The college considers scores in KCET or COMEDK-UGET for admission to BTech programme. Candidates scoring equal or above the GCEM cutoff are eligible for admission.

No, Gopalan College of Engineering and Management offers admission based on entrance exam scores. The college considers COMEDK UGET or KCET scores for admission to BTech course. However, mere qualifying the entrance exam won't guarantee admission in the college. Aspirants must also fulfil the eligibility and other selection requirements for admission.

According to the limited data available on the official website, companies such as EtoE Rail, SKC Environ Lab Pvt Ltd and Test Yantra Solutions visited the campus during BTech ECE placements 2024. Further, companies such as Niveshartha, Test Yantra Solutions and Destination Technologies visited the campus the campus BTech CSE placements 2024.Apart from this, according to Gopalan College of Engineering and Management NIRF report 2024, a total of 70 students were placed and one student was selected for higher studies out of total 134 students during BTech placements 2023.
