For BFA, you need to have passed class 12th from a recognized board. You can apply online for the same and thereafter you will be called for the interview.

Hello Dinesh,
Study by distance learning is recommended for those courses that have less amount of practicals. Since a student is supposed to learn at his convenience in his home. But painting, I feel requires lot of hand holding and practicals and hence not possible by distance learning. You can seek private tuition if you are interested in learning the art-form.
