University of Delhi being the best. Government colleges may be Jamia Milia Islamia University's college of fine arts is quite good. Others can be
1. National Institute of Fine Arts
2. Delhi College of Art
3. Capital College of Fine Arts
These are the only premier colleges available in NCR with potential and center of excellence and attention.

You need to visit the college for the same or request for the application by the college officials.
The eligibility is you must have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
