If you have scored 45 % or more with PCM in 12th and appeared in JEE Mains then you can get admission in B.Tech or integrated M.Tech (B.Tech+M.Tech) in any branch. You can also get admission without appearing for JEE. You will have to appear in the entrance test of the college. If any college provides admission without entrance then you can get admission.

Yes, you can join some mediocre B.Tech colleges for your Technology and Engineering Courses. For that, you have to contact the admissions team of the college and update them about your scores and confirm the admission.
