Don't worry, you will be able to get into government college for Forensic Science. Admission to government colleges is entrance-based. Thus, you will have to appear for respective entrance exams of the universities, and if scored well, you will get your desired course. It has nothing to do with your class 12th marks as the admission process is enrance-based. Hope that helps!

Yes, for sure! You can do BBA in any college, be it a government one or a private one even if you failed in chemistry as your overall result is still pass. The eligibility criteria for any under graduate course is to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. This, you have already done. Thus, you can do BBA from a government college.
