Yes, you can appear for the UPSC exam after doing a B.Com LL.B 5-year course. UPSC Civil Services Examination allows the candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. That's what your integrated B.Com LL.B degree provides for you. It would help much if you had some background of law because that would definitely make you shine if you chose law, public administration, or political Science as your optional subject in the Mains exam.
