Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pil

CPL is not part-time training. You may take gaps as per the availability of time and money that you spend.
It is a professional training and requires an equal input of candidate as from that of the instructor or the academy.

Following is a generalised response for all Flying Schools. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmandgo to the class 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. Great Idea! Go ahead. CPL hardly matters if it is not done from IGRUA. IGRUA and some courses from NFTI Gondia allows you to get a placement in their tie-up airlines.

The minimum qualification to start CPL training is just 10+2 with PCM. Hence if you have completed Diploma course after class 12th then you may enroll for CPL. Your Diploma shall be additional qualification for you, although it might be of no use in this course.

NFTI-Gondia is one of the premier pilot training institutes. They hold good placement records as they work in collaboration with CAE. Indigo and Jet Airways are the probable hirers as they too have collaboration with CAE.
Your career will start after you finish your CPL training from NFTI or any other training college.
The fee structure ranges from somewhere around 35-40 lakh.
They also offer entry into Indigo Cadet Pilot Programme. You can also pursue that and obviously the fee is higher for this course than what I've mentioned above.
