I am very surprised from where you got the information of Diploma courses available. There are no Diploma courses available for Law.
As per Bar council of India -: Only a person who has done a full time LLB is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LLB course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps.
There are only Degree courses available - 5 years integrated course (after 10+2) and 3 years LLB course (after graduation)
It is only at LLM level you can choose Cyber L
