The chances of getting admission is very low, as admissions are done on the basis of rank only and with these marks your rank will be very high. So, it is not possible to get admission in an open category.

In my opinion there should not be. They will look for you graduation certificate when going for the job and if you are eligible for admission in ba llb then it wont be a problem in future regarding this

Yes, you can. You need to appear for MHCET Law exam in order to secure admission in Government Law College.
