Yes, of course, you can do law but there are so many specialties in law. Also, firstly, you need to decide that in which stream you would like to do law in i.e. crime, labor law, etc.

Yes, you can go for IAS if you have bachelor's degree in any stream. After B.A.LLB, you can easily go for it.

Hi Karthi,
GLC, Trichy's admission process involves passing the 12th board from a recognized college and Admission will be based on a CLAT (Combined Law Aptitude Test). Further, the fees is average 1400/- per year and goes up to 7000 for 5 years.

The college has LL.B but the duration of the course is 3 year. There is no 2 year law course.

No, you can't opt for forensic science course as you need to have Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent qualification.

Hi Kirana,
If you want to pursue 3 year LLB, then you must first finish your 3 year graduation, and after that you must appear for the exam conducted by the University. The University is affiliated has to comes under TNDALU - Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University.
Admissions are done on the basis of merit in graduation.

Law is a career you can pursue irrespective of your age and your previous area of study. The good news for graduates in respect is that they don't have to do a five year course in law. They can go for three year LLB. The process as mentioned earlier is the same i.e. check the websites, apply in advance. However, the option of CLAT is not available in three year LLB course so students/ enthusiasts must apply to other universities. Also, candidates can pursue an LLB course if they already possess a graduation degree.'
