Hello Neha,
See, to get an MBBS seat in a medical college through NEET a lot of things will be considered:
Are you comfortable with any government college?
What is your domicile state, because cut-off vary a lot based upon your home state?
How have OBC students performed in your state and overall?
However, under 15% All INDIA Quota, the last cut-off rank in which OBC category student got admission is approx. 8300 that too in the 2nd round of counselling.
For every state, the cut-off will vary.

No, the scores are not good to get your admission in any college. I would suggest you either re-appear for NEET or get admission through management quota.

Hi Apeksha,
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
10+2 or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any state board or equivalent. He/she should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
ADMISSION GUIDELINES:
Entrance test- MHCET/NEET.
