To get admission for MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 (general category) and 450 OBC category. For reserved category, it is 400 marks.

It's difficult to get admission in government medical colleges under All India Quota at this score. However, you can try in your state.

It depends on how passionate are you to become a doctor. Let's be practical, in NEET, 1.5% students get selected in government medical college and rest 98.5% students fail to qualify the exam. You can go with other courses either in the medical field or non-medical field. There are huge opportunities around you.

482 is a very good score for MBBS as well as BDS. You may get government MBBS seat depending on your domicile state. But chances are less. You can get government BDS.

There's only one government medical college in Bhubaneswar i.e. AIIMS.
Bhubaneswar has got 2 private medical colleges i.e. 1. Kalinga Institute of Medical Science 2. Institute of Medical Sciences
