Yes, you can take admission in diploma engineering. But, you have to clear entrance examination and after completion of your 3 year diploma, you can take lateral entry in B.Tech in 2nd year.

You can choose Fire technology stream for fire and safety in any engineering college. Most of the colleges does not have this stream so you Jace to search for it. IES college bhopal is one of the college which provides Fire technology engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have passed Diploma/ Graduation from a recognized board/ college/ university.
Or
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and must have 2 years of working experience.
Or
Candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in Fire and Safety 6 months course (only for students studying under Continuing Education Program of Government Polytechnic, Mumbai).
So, for admission, you can directly apply to the college.

For diploma, they only want your 10th pass marksheet with a good percentage but some of the diploma colleges conducted their own entrance exam.
