ADIS is Advance Diploma In Industrial Safety conducted by MSBTE or by any state board of technical education .
Candidate possessing Degree or Diploma in any branch of engineering or B . Sc. are eligible to take admission for one year full time ADIS course .

At least you have to be above 90% just to ensure any possibility, but every year the cutoff changes . Sometimes it goes high or remains at the same.
I was admitted in Electrical Engg in the second year after my diploma marks 89% with OBC category.
Now, it is been 4 years. According to me you should have at least 92 to 93%.

The eligibility for Government Polytechnic, Mumbai is that you must have minimum aggregate of 50% in your 12th class and if you are applying after 10th, you should have minimum 35% in the qualifying examination.
