No, you won't be eligible for the admission. You need to score at least a minimum of 50% aggregate marks to be eligible for admission. Also, the admission is subject to your performance in the entrance test. You are advised to appear for re-exam and if you score well, then only you can get admission into Polytechnic.

Government Polytechnic Pune is one of the leading diploma institutes in Maharashtra. The college is known for providing quality education to the students. As this is a government institute, it is difficult to get admission into an Engineering program. Most of us prepare and work hard to get into these types of institutes. The allowed number of intake for the Diploma in Civil Engineering is restricted to 120 only. There is a separate placement cell, which supports students in various placement-related activities.

Government Polytechnic Pune provides good placements to Diploma students, which includes the most well-known companies such as TCS, Tata Power, Forbes Marshal, Infosys India pvt LTD, Atlas Copco, and Cummins generators.
