Hello,
The Aspirant must hold a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized university with 60% or equivalent CGPA and valid GPAT/GATE are eligible for admission. Yes, you can get a seat in Andhra University. Good luck.

Government University also conduct their own exam, but they prefer GPAT scorecard student. So, I suggest you prepare for GPAT because 1) you will get thel stipend 2) government University first give weightage to those student who crack GPAT. It will also help you in the future research work.

No, if you crack GPAT, you will get stipend when you pursue M.Pharma, but no stipend for pursing MBA.

For the rank, your sister secured in gpat your sister cannot get a seat in Andhra University in Vishakhapatnam but your sister can get a seat in below-mentioned colleges:

Hello Om Kumar,
It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Ph.D. in pharmacy. As you are having a job in Hyderabad, I would suggest you do it from University of Hyderabad. It's only a suggestion. You will have to pass an entrance exam for admission in Ph.D. and then the process begins. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about UOH.
