In both the 2023 and 2022 THE (Times Higher Education) University Ranking rankings,  Grand Valley State University has been ranked 1201-1500 and 1201-1500, respectively. However, the ranking has seen a  movement in its ranking between 2024 and 2023. However, it’s   in the world from 2022 to 2023. With an overall result,  Grand Valley State University continues to be recognised as a good institution on the international stage.
