Hi,
Great if you know the softwares already. Both of these software are necessary in each and every field of designing. But, if you are specifically looking for softwares oriented courses, then you should go for graphic designing or animation film designing or film and video communication offered from NID. And fashion communication by NIFT.

Yes, it is a good decision provided that you don't restrict yourself in graphics or animation. Rather, join a course which covers graphics, animation and VFX, you will have a much wider scope.
