All the courses provided by the University are best there's no choice that which one is better and which one is not. All the courses are very good at there own level with all the facilities, great infrastructure, great faculty and whatnot.
But if you have to choose one you should definitely go for Humanities and social sciences as it's provided with master's and doctorate for further studies and placements are also quite nice as compared to the freshers.

In my opinion you can't join 2 programmes at GEU at the same time because the classes are full time here so managing both programmes won't be easy and above all the academic constraints from both programmes will get very hectic and balancing both will be a real challenge.
