Hello Bhargava, you had good marks in your 12th examination. You are pursuing your graduation in engineering. This itself means that you are an above average student. But yes if you are not interested or not happy with the subject of your graduation but are interested in doing something in graphic design then you must switch to graphic design but after completion of our graduation. There will be many courses in graphic design after graduation.
