National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad can be the good option for B. Des in graphic Design. The eligibility criteria of this course is 12th or Diploma in Engineering. The admission in the B. Des. Courses are done through the NID Entrance Exam.

Most of the graphic design courses can be done after the 12th. Hence instead of doing the engineering Diploma course, you should have to prefer the 12th with PCM. Top design institute like NID, Pearl academy, WDU, MITADT, Arena animation etc. Offers B. Des in Graphic design after the 12th.

Graphics Designing does not require you to have a major in CSE. So yes surely you can opt for that field after your 10th exam is over. There are many institutes that offer this course without any pre-requisite. Also demand in this domain is soaring.

You just need to check your passion and get the right training for that field because you can excel only if you are interested. I wold suggest that you go for a B.Tech and choose a specialisation of graphic designing so that you have a whole career in front of you and can work in a wider filed. If a college has to be chosen for education it is good that today the student is quite aware of the need of education and the related schemes and wants to know the academic facilities of obtaining good education. A student should take education where the academic excellence can be sure like good faculty which is necessary. This should be added

B.Voc (Web Designing) is a Bachelors degree. Hence you can pursue LLB course. The basic eligibility criteria of LLB is a Bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 45-50% of marks.

No, you cannot join. The eligibility criteria of BVA in Graphic Design and Brand Strategy of Bangalore School of Design is 10+2/ PUC Pass. So first, you have to complete your 12th.
