I believe, it is a private institute and does not have any eligibility requirements for their courses. And, on top of that you are asking for a Certification course that by itself does not have any prerequisites.

If your area of interest is only on game designing and none. So, join Arena Animation. But, it would be better to have a B.Tech degree for future purpose.
