Hello Mahesh,
Canadian Universities don't require GRE. Your IELTS score is good. You can definitely get into a decent university.
You can try for :
1) Concordia University
2) Windsor University
3) University of Western Ontario
4) New York Institute of Technology, Vancouver
5) Lakehead University
6) Brock University

TU9 is bit tough, but Magdeburg, Weimar and also applied science universities like:
1. TH KOLN.
2. HTW – Berlin.
3. JENA.
4. Flensburg and many more.
Your score in GRE and IELTS is quite well.

It's okay. My friend got in universities with GRE score of 284. So, there's no problem. But, as you are working, you should write again to get scholarships if your academics are good.

PG Diploma courses in Canada do not require GRE scores. A GRE will help if you apply for a full fledged research oriented Master's.

Hi Pooja, GRE is not required for admissions in any German university. However, good GRE scores can increase your admission chances. If you are planning to take the GRE a score above 310 would be good.

Generally, GRE is not required for admissions into German universities. Admission requirement is also specific to a program. For freie University-Berlin, please check:

There are no cutoffs first of all in Canada or any country abroad except India. MBA mostly requires GMAT score and you can check further details here.
