In GRE, the Verbal and Quantitative section score range is 130 -170 score and Analytical Writing section score is between 0 and 6. Try to keep your verbal and quant section score somewhere within 150-155 and analytical section score around 3.5 to get the average score. There is no passing score as such. Maintain the average. If you don't answer on any section it will be reported as No Score.

It seems like you are comparing an Apple with the orange. (#) JEE is the core technical exam required for studying Engineering in India. Wheares GRE & TOEFL is for foreign study (Bachelor's). (#) In general, JEE is quite more difficult because of the syllabus content and the complexity level. So prepare accordingly. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

In this case, they won't be top universities but bottom or mediocre universities. Either, you can check universities in countries like Finland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece etc. These are not the very top most countries but affordable. There is no guarantee moreover that they won't require any of these tests. Or you can check university pathway programs in Canada, Australia and New Zealand which can give you admission. You do, but will be a challenge. An outstanding personal statement and some strong recommendation letters will be required. I will strongly suggest you to retake the IELTS. If you can attempt GRE again, universities will evaluate every aspect of your profile including your extracurricular activities, projects, seminars, etc. You have to be strategic and understand what your strengths are which you have written on your application.
