Suggesting colleges based only GRE score is not so easy and not correct. Your GRE score is very good but you must also check your academic percentile, what the universities prefer, what you want to study, program specific requirements etc. If you are an academically strong student you can check good universities like University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Texas A&M, USC Marshall, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo etc. There will be more options depending on your profile. You have to check university websites for the requirements and apply.

There are two schools of thoughts in this issue. One says don't waste time and concentrate on your studies of BE. Second school says, you can finish such exams in 2ndor3rd year itself. I would advise you to take course as per your capabilities. If you are confident of not affecting your studies for BE, the go ahead.
