GRE is required to study Master's degree programs and not MBBS or Bachelor's degree programs. There are other tests depending on where you want to study.

Generally, PG courses in Fashion don't require GRE, universities will ask for a portfolio instead. They will also ask for TOEFL scores. Please check for the entry requirements on college websites like Parsons, Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, etc.

First and most importantly you need to have good academics to go abroad for higher studies. Hence, I would advise you to concentrate only on studies and aim to score more than 80% in each exam.

Where are you planning to study? You must first check the requirements. Maybe the country or university don't even require GRE scores.

Considering that finance is not a problem, you can follow the following strategy. You can apply for 3 dream colleges, 4 reach colleges and 3 backup colleges. Considering the limited knowledge that I have about you, I'd suggest you go for the following: Dream:
Georgia Institute of Technology, University of California Los Angeles and University of Washington, Seattle.
Reach Colleges: University of Cincinnati, University of California Santa Cruz and Michigan State University.
BackUp colleges can be: Arizona State University, University of Utah Salt Lake and University of North Carolina.

You don't need GRE to study Bachelor's degree. You will need SAT and TOEFL to study in USA. Your percentage is very less for Canada. So, I doubt if applying to Canada is good or not. For UK and Australia, take IELTS instead of TOEFL. I hope you understood that different countries have different requirements. You have to check the university's website for the admission requirements, etc. before applying.

Executive MBAs are for people with 10-15 years work experience, if you do without GMAT or GRE you will find a few online programs not the reputed ones.
