Unfortunately you are not eligible for Canadian Universities because of your academic score. You can try for SPP colleges of Canada where you might be eligible to get admission. For that, you need to score over 6.5 band in IELTS and at least 300 in GRE. Besides, GRE and IELTS are totally different exams, so you have to appear for both of them. All the best.

The University of British Columbia, Dalhousie University, and University of Ottawa offers Masters in health administration. UBC asks for GRE, Dalhousie University requires GMAT, University of Ottawa accepts both GMAT and GRE. There is no course called Masters in pharmacy marketing in Canada. However, you may consider Masters in pharmaceutical marketing offered by EADA Business School, Barcelona.

Don't worry as every body face hard times in their study period, so keep calm and concentrate in your 7th semester. After that, when you are in 8th semester, you are eligible to clear your backlogs, so first complete your 7th semester, then start your backlog study with 8th semester and appear for the same.
All the best.

CATIA is a job oriented course. It will be a good idea if you complete CATIA, do a job and then pursue your MS or even MBA. If you get an year back, doing CATIA will help in improving your profile.
