Note that, you can take the GRE General Test once after every 21 days. You need to complete the GRE registration process everytime to appear for the exam.

Well the answer is Yes! According to GRE Eligibility criteria, students from any education background are eligibile for GRE Registration. However, GRE exam is designed to test a candidate's verbal, quantitative, and analytical writing skills. These skills typically develop during undergraduate studies, often after 3-4 years of university coursework.

There is no official eligibility for GRE Exam. Students of any age with any educational background can appear for the exam. However, the GRE is an assessment test for admission to graduate courses, students should complete their undergraduate courses to go ahead with their GRE test. Note that, there is no predefined cut-off score required in graduation to appear in the Graduate Record Examination.
