While the Missouri University of Science and Technology typically requires GRE or GMAT scores for graduates, however they recently implemented GRE waivers for specific programs. Applicants to programs such as :Applied Mathematics, MS onlyCeramic Engineering, MS and PhDChemical Engineering, MS and PhDChemistry, MS and PhD (for Spring 2024 only)Civil Engineering, MS, PhD, and DE (required for direct doctorate students) Engineering Management, MS and PhDEnvironmental Engineering, MS Explosives Engineering, MS and PhD Geological Engineering, MS and PhDGeology & Geophysics, MS and PhDGeotechnics, ME Materials Science and Engineering, MS and PhDMetallurgical Engineering, MS and PhDMining Engineering, MS and PhDPetroleum Engineering, MS and PhDPhysics, MS and PhDSystems Engineering, MS and PhDAre exempted from the GRE requirements. Students are advised to check the official website for updated information on waived GRE requirements, indicating a better admission approach for these specified courses. 

Applicants must submit their GRE scores if they are applying for master's programme at California State University Northridge. However, if the applicant is applying for MS in CS course then students who already had Computer Science degree in their UG  Science programme are not required to provide GRE scores, if their undergraduate GPA is 3.0 or higher. All other applicants must send their GRE scores to CSUN.Lastly to be admitted to the university, it is recommended to have a strong academic profile, including competitive scores in the GMAT or GREs.  However, the admission process at CSU Northridge takes a holistic approach, considering multiple factors in the student's profile. These factors include Leadership, Work experience, essays, LOR and interviews that the students give during their admission process. 

From Fall 2024, GRE will be required for Kent State University MS in Data Science. Yes, Southern Arkansas University mandates either GRE general test or Miller Analogy Test ( MAT)  score for admission. The GRE assess skills developed over time, not specific to any field. It includes verbal, quantitative, and analytical writing section and many more. The test can be opted in two ways, one is CBT ( Computer based Test) and the other is Paper based test. However, the admission process at Southern Arkansas State takes a holistic approach, considering multiple factors in the student's profile. These factors include Leadership, Work experience, essays, LOR and interviews that the students give during their admission process.
