Hi Varma V,
The major universities with MS Data Science or Business Analytics courses are very selective like NYU, Carnegie Mellon etc. You can check the requirements. Moreover check University of Cincinnati, Michigan State University, Purdue University, Illinois Institute of Technology and University of San Francisco.

GRE is usually required by top ranked Public Universities in Canada. It is also true that lower ranked universities might not ask for GRE or if they do, they usually waive it. Colleges like George Brown College, Seneca - Toronto, Canada do not ask for GRE. They might waive off IELTS or TOEFL score too. GRE stands for Graduate Record Examinations, here specifically the GRE General Test administered by ETS (Educational Testing Service), a not-for-profit company. The exam is used to assess students' Quantitative and Verbal aptitudes and is required for admission to many graduate programs.

Hi,
GRE is not mandatory but if you are taking it then an overall score of 315 is recommended. Check the entry criteria of the universities before taking a test. IELTS score requirement is normally 6.5 or 7 or even higher band for Master's degree programmes.

No one can assure you that you will get a call from Top Universities, if you get 300+ in GRE. After appearing for GRE you have to apply for an Institute with other documents and have to attend interview. After this full process only you will be able to join and pursue MS in those institutes. Getting into it depends doesn't depend on your GRE score alone. It depends on the documents and the write-up you submit while applying.

The maximum score for the test is 340: verbal and quantitative sections are each worth 170 points. Students can expect to receive their official score 10 - 15 days after the test. The writing mark (on 6) is reported along with the score, but is not included in the score for the other sections.
