PGDM is better because of its location plus batch size is also small for Great Lakes, competition becomes less for placements.

Yes, you can but the last date for this year was February 15. You can try next year. There is no cut-off. The overall profile of a candidate is being evaluated.

Great Lakes is a reputed B-School, it is highly unlikely that it would accept any kind of donations. The admission process is followed purely on the basis of merit.
