You have good chances to convert but your graduation percentage is on the lower side. Still if you perform well in GD/PI, then you have good chances to convert. As B-Schools give weightage to GD/PI-WAT/PI rounds.

For both branches of Great lakes, more than 90 percentile is required. So your chances become less.

Yes, GLIM is a good college but looking at your work experience and salary, you should be looking for ISB, Hyderabad or IIMs as Great lakes would not provide the brand name of IIMs and ISB. I suggest you give GMAT and try for better colleges.

When you check the placement statistics of various top PGDM colleges you will see they will have an average package of, for example say Rs 15 lakhs per annum and the highest as Rs 25 lakhs per annum. Almost 90% of the time the highest package will be acquired by an experienced candidate having more than 2 years of good job experience. So it's you choice whether to opt or not.
