Firstly, apologies for the late reply. The ROI is almost same for both, but Welingkar fares are better than GLIM over placements. 1-year MBA is a good option if you have work experience of above 4 years. It is better to go for a 2-year PGDM course if you have less than or equal to 3 years of work experience.
