Ground Staff Scope

Graduates of Orient Flights Civil Aviation Academy's Ground Staff Training Program will have access to a variety of job options. They can serve as airport ground crew, overseeing passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Customer service representatives help passengers with questions, reservations, and concerns. Ramp agents conduct aircraft activities on the tarmac, such as baggage loading and unloading. Cargo handling agents supervise the processing of cargo and freight. Graduates may also work as flight operations coordinators, assisting with scheduling and coordination, or as airline reservation agents, managing bookings and tickets. These positions are available at airlines, airport authorities, ground handling businesses, and travel agencies.
