Candidates must hold all the valid documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.

Gujarat University admission to LLB course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Gujarat University LLB programme. The university will release a merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted aspirants. The selected candidates have to bring documents for verification. Aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

Candidates who have completed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Gujarat University LLB programme. Aspirants meeting the educational requirements only can apply for the LLB programme. Candidates must have the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. The university shortlists candidates for LLB admission based on their merit in the last qualifying exam.

Gujarat University provides scholarships to the lower backward class or SC/ ST for better education and financial support. More than 30 scholarship schemes initiated by the Government of Gujarat are covered by Gujarat University. For developing high-quality research Government of Gujarat has initated a scheme called SHODH (scheme of developing high-quality research ) to offer  financial assistance to students doing qualitative research. Under this scheme, more than 1000 full-time research scholars awarded INR 15,000 per month and INR 20,000 contingency expense P.A. in the last five years.

Check below the Gujarat University criteria for LLM:Candidates should have passed qualifying exam at the first attempt with at least 50% aggregate in the final year examination or exam of last two semesters of the degree of Bachelor of Law (Three years’ or Five Years Integrated LLB Programme) of Gujarat University or other Universities recognised and approved by the UGC to apply for LLM.A candidate who has obtained LLM degree from Gujarat University or other universities in one area of specialisation will not be eligible to get admission in the LLM degree programme with the same or another specialisation.

Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree are eligible to apply for MCom. The course mark sheets and passing certificate also have to be presented at the time of admission and application process. This PG course is offered in Grant-in-aid and self-financed mode. Candidates are shortlisted for the programme based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Hence, the fulfilment of eligibility conditions does not confirm that the student will be admitted.

Any graduate with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) and three-year executive-level experience is eligible to apply. The applicants must also have important documents such as Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and pass certificates, graduation mark sheets, CMAT scorecards, etc. to submit the application. The university accepts applications from only the students who meet the eligibility conditions.

Candidates with a Class 12 or equivalent exam pass certificate with 50% aggregate are eligible for GU BA course admission. A. Candidates with a Class 12 or equivalent exam pass certificate with 50% aggregate are eligible for GU BA course admission. In addition, the passing certificate must be issued by a recognised board or authority. The aspirants shall have an original and copy of the Class 12 pass certificate along with other important documents or else the application is treated as incomplete.
